Group Leader
The Groups Leaders at New Life will run, and maintain a small group to help with the Spiritual development and growth of individuals who are a part of New Life Church. They will help provide connection, and fellowship opportunities with their groups. These leaders will be trained by the Pastoral staff team, and leaders of New Life Church.
Assistant Group Leader
The Groups Assistant Leader at New Life Church works directly with the Groups Team Leaders in maintaining a high level of excellence in developing programs, teams, tools, and resources that create events polished in excellence.
Event Coordinator
To help plan, support and carry out any events and gatherings for specific groups such as Connection groups or House Fire groups. To come along-side the Groups Team leaders and work with the team to develop life giving events for the group that feed body, soul, spirit and draw them closer to Christ.
Follow-Up Team
Establish a Team of people who will help follow up with any newcomers to the Group by means of helping them feel welcome to the Group events and activities. They will assist by helping make calls or emailing new group members. To help support the leadership team with any follow up necessary to support the Groups Team Leader.
Childcare Facilitator
To help establish a team, or system and sharing program which will allow the couples have childcare at their groups when necessary.
