Planning a new event? With this form you will be able to request rooms, promotion, a registration, and everything needed to support your ministry event. Requests are due at least eight weeks prior to the event date.
UPDATE: 2/23/24 – Please hold off on making any team member changes. We are in the process of making this ONE STEP for each ministry! This is a huge simplification for you and we hope to have it completed in the next couple weeks. If you have any team member changes please email support@newlifesrb.com.
NOTE: Ministry Leaders are appointed to make team member changes in the New Life church management systems. Sub ministry leaders (aka Team Leaders) might not have software permissions to complete all steps below.
NOTE: If there is a Team Leader change, please also notify the admin office so that we may update the website and our software systems.
Complete the following steps when someone needs to be added to or removed from your ministry team:
Search for the person’s name and click on their profile.
On the left-hand side choose the Serving tab.
At the top-right choose Edit answers.
Scroll down to your area of ministry and check/uncheck the appropriate boxes. For more information about the meaning of these checkboxes CLICK HERE.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button.
NOTE: If you notice any changes needed in someone else’s area of ministry please contact the ministry leader or the software support team (support@newlifesrb.com) to report the needed change. DO NOT make changes to any checkboxes outside your area of ministry.
Navigate to the ministry group your team member change applies to.
Add or remove the member as needed.
Make the same change in any additional groups in your area of ministry the team member would be associated with.
THE SERVICES APP
The SERVICES App is used for teams utilized during a church service at New Life such as greeters, singers, altar workers, etc. If this does not apply to your ministry, you do not need to proceed.
Teams in the SERVICES App are populated by tags. To add or remove a tag:
There are five tabs across the top (My Schedule, Plans, Songs, Media, People). Choose the People tab.
Use the search feature to find the person you with to add/remove from your team and click on their name. NOTE: If you wish to add someone to your team and they do not show up in a search, please contact the church us at support@newlifesrb.com.
Now, you will see three tabs below this person’s name (Scheduling, Communication, and Details). Choose the Details tab.
Add or remove the needed tags.
Add someone to your team:
Click the Add button.
Search for or begin typing the role of the tag you wish to add.
Click on the tag to add it.
Click the Done button.
Remove someone from your team:
Simply click the X next to the appropriate ministry tag.
A warning will be displayed. Confirm the change by clicking the Remove button.
