The New Life Kids Ministry desires for all children to encounter God in a safe and loving environment. New Life Kids strives to teach our children who God is, His purpose for their lives, and how they can be more like Him.

Through anointed praise and worship, dynamic lessons and service opportunities, New Life Kids is equipping our youth to be bold, courageous and Spirit-filled world changers.

Nursery Teacher

Provide care for our New Life babies while demonstrating and teaching them the love of God. Welcome new families with a smile and assure them their children will be well taken care of while they are in our care.

Nursery Assistant

Assist the Nursery Teacher with anything they might need while they are teaching.

Preschool Teacher

Provide care and teach our New Life preschoolers through developmentally appropriate activities and lessons. The teacher will help our preschoolers to see how the whole Bible points to Jesus, and create an atmosphere that is full of worship, love, and fun.

Preschool Assistant

Assist the Preschool Teacher with anything they might need while teaching the children. Assist with set up, lessons and crafts, prayer, worship, games and clean-up.

Kindergarten Teacher

Provide care and teach our New Life Kindergarten age children through interactive play, songs, object lessons, hands-on activities and media about the story lesson of the Bible. Create an atmosphere that is conducive for personal encounters with the Lord.

Kindergarten Assistant

Assist the Kindergarten teacher with anything they might need while teaching the children. Assist with set up, lessons and crafts, prayer, worship, games and clean up.

Elementary Assistant

Assist the Elementary Teacher with anything they might need while teaching the children. Assist with set up, lessons and crafts, prayer, worship, games and clean up.

Elementary Teacher (1st - 3rd)

Provide care and teach our New Life grade school children through interactive object lessons, hands-on activities and media about the big story of the Bible: God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ. Help the children connect the dots chronologically through the “big story” and themes of Scripture. Create an atmosphere that is conducive for personal encounters with the Lord.

Upper Elementary Teacher (4th - 5th)

Provide, care, and teach our New Life grade school children through interactive object lessons, hands-on activities and media about the big story of the Bible: God’s plan to rescue His people through His Son, Jesus Christ. Help the children connect the dots chronologically through the “big story” and themes of Scripture. Encourage children to ask tough questions about what we believe and assist them in finding the answers in the Bible. Equip the children to study the Bible on their own. Create an atmosphere that is conducive for personal encounters with the Lord.

Check-In Volunteer

Accurately and promptly check in our current children and register new families into our Planning Center Check-In system while welcoming our families and children with a smile and God’s love.

Hall Monitor

A flexible position that focuses on assisting teachers, as needed, with duties such as bathroom breaks, late arrival check ins, early departures, classroom monitoring, hall monitoring to maintain safe and orderly transition, parent retrieval and other issues as they arise. You serve as a trusted source of support for out of the box situations.

VBS Team Member

The Kids Ministry hosts a yearly VBS program where volunteers have the opportunity to leverage their acting, prop and stage design, teaching, food service and craft skills to make an impact on the kids that participate in this program. We staff all manner of serving positions from Ushers to Admin support to produce this program with excellence. The time commitment is one week per year during the program, with some teams meeting prior for planning and set-up.
