The primary role of our worship team is to help set the atmosphere for worship and usher in God’s presence in our mid-week services. Team members would need to commit to a weekly, pre-service practice, and would need a fundamental knowledge of their instrument.
Current need: Musicians & vocalists.

The primary responsibility of the media team leader is to coordinate and direct all audio and visual aspects of LIMITLESS services. The team leader and members will work closely with the worship leader and student pastor to ensure the service flows as smoothly as possible from beginning to end.
Current need: Individuals who are familiar with or interested in learning sound and media.

The goal of our VIP team is to give every first-time student a VIP Treatment. Our desire is for every new student to walk away from their experience with us wanting to come back for more. 

Current need: outgoing individuals who have a passion for life and people.

The Goal is simple: Retention! The focus is to make sure visiting and missing students know they are loved, wanted, needed, and appreciated. 

Current need: An organized adult leader who can help follow up with new or absent students.

Our support team members serve as extra eyes, ears, and hands to provide proper supervision and engagement for all students. Support team members are not required to be at every engagement, but can participate in services, events and retreats as their schedule permits. 

Current need: Fun and engaging adult volunteers who have a heart for students and a desire to serve.

This team works closely with our event coordinator to ensure all aspects of Limitless Events are well thought out, fun, and safe. Responsibilities may include establishing/maintaining a safe boundary for students, early arrival for set up, late departure for tear down, food prep, etc. 

Current need: Adult volunteers who are willing to help with the logistical side of our monthly events.

Daniel 6:23 says, “when Daniel was lifted from the den, no wound was found on him, because he had trusted in his God”. It is this uncompromising faith, and confidence in God, that our Men’s ministry is partnering with our Student Ministry to impart in our new young men’s discipleship program: “The Lion’s Den”.
The Lion’s Den is an ongoing weekly discipleship program for all middle school and high school young men that takes place on Thursdays at 7PM.

The goal of the program is two fold:
1. Discipleship – To promote growth for our young men as they continue to become Christlike men.
2. Building Strong Bonds – Fathers and mentors are encouraged to join us to fortify Godly legacies.

This team is open for those that:
• Have a heart and a calling to serve students
• Are members of New Life Church
• Consent to a background check
