Worship Arts Ministry
God is seeking worshipers! The foremost focus of the Worship Arts ministry at New Life is to host God’s Presence, for He rests upon the praises of His people (Ps. 22:3). Our sacrifice of praise is not presented with a motive to receive from God, but rather to give Him the praise He is deserving of! However, it is impossible to abide in the presence of the Father without receiving blessings, for in His presence is
Fullness of joy (Ps. 16:11)
Times of refreshing (Acts 3:20)
Wise counsel (Ps. 16:7)
and so much more!
New Life Worship Arts ministry consists of vocalists, musicians, dancers, visual artists, songwriters, and those who minister with banners and flags. It is our desire to abide close to the heart of God by giving back to Him. As a worship team we are to live by the Word of God and to reveal the testimony of God among the congregation with excellence.

Mass Choir Members
The NLC Choir is made up of a dynamic and diverse group of worshippers. Our desire is to cultivate an atmosphere with our collective voices for the presence of God to change the lives of people. Come join this group of exciting singers as we release the sound of praise in the earth. They meet every third Monday for an in-person rehearsal and perform the fourth Sunday of every month.
Mass Choir Vocal Section Leaders
The Section Leaders manage all aspects of their respective sections. This includes making sure that all choir members have all their materials, are making appropriate progress regarding musical and visual development, monthly discipling of their sections, handling their individual responsibilities, and any other responsibilities deemed appropriate by the Choral Director.
Frontline Singer
Frontline Singers are microphoned voices that lead the congregation into glory realms as they collectively express and release the biblical seven Hebrew words of praise in a worship set. They serve on a rotation of rehearsals and services. All Frontline vocalists serve in the Mass Choir and are auditioned on the Frontline team.
Worship Leads
Worship Leads are vocalists who are seasoned in their gift of leading others into the presence of the Lord through biblical songs according to Ephesians 5:19-21. They are recruited from the Frontline with an audition and lead worship throughout the NLC ministry.
Chief Musicians
Chief Musicians Shepard our House Musicians by maintaining the worship culture of New Life Church by discipleship training and team devotionals. They provide instrument guidance, team instruction, rotation schedules, music material and hands on training to their teams. Chief Musicians are required to facilitate music class in our mentorship program.
House Musicians
Our house musicians are musicians who express worship through their instruments by creating an atmosphere for the presence of God to move in a tangible way for the congregation. Our house musicians are used to provide a worship experience for our Main Sanctuary, Kid’s Worship, Youth Worship, Church Conferences, Retreats, Healing & Deliverance Workshops, Lay Ministries, Crusades, Missions, and the many outreaches of New Life Church.
Dance Ministry
NLC’s forms of dance can range from group to individual interpretive dance. The dance can be styled after traditional Hebrew or modern/ contemporary styles of dance.
Flag Ministry
The Flag ministry is designed with a purpose to worship the Lord with one’s entire self, both spirit and body.
Theatrical Ministry
The Theatrical Ministry consists of a multi-generational group of people who express the heart of God through drama’s, skits, human videos, small and large theatrical productions and musicals.
Songwriters Ministry
The songwriting ministry is dedicated to inspiring, empowering and elevating songwriters and musicians in Biblical songwriting for the local body to sing.
Worship Lead Mentorship Program
The Worship Arts Ministry believes in pouring into the next generation Psalms 145:4 by training and equipping those who are called into worship arts ministry. Our mentorship program focuses on discipleship, leadership, vocal training, worship leading, and the development of musicians for Levitical duties. We have a wide range of ages, children leading children in worship, youth leading youth in worship, young adults leading young adults in worship, and adults leading all ages in worship.
