Our registration volunteers are one of the first interactions our families will encounter and their dedication to safety and care of our students.

PURPOSE
Register and check-in our volunteers, new and current families into our safety software.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set-Up: 1 hour before service
• Pre-Service & Service: Register in all new and current families (starts 30 minutes before service and 20 minutes into service).
• Post-Service: Check-Out all students from the Planning Center software as they are being dismissed to their families.

SCHEDULE
Registration Volunteers are scheduled on a once per month rotation, depending on availability.
